It's easy to use Cloud Pens.

Enhancing your brand’s personalized writing instruments with the Cloud Pens digital service opens a new world of communication possibilities – but it doesn’t have to be complicated.

1. Request an offer for your Cloud Pens

To request your Cloud Pens, contact your preferred promotional item reseller. If you don’t have one, you can also contact us directly. We will then forward your request to one of our trusted partners close to you.

2. Content and target of your landing page

You can, of course, define and implement your own application ideas for the content and functions of your Cloud Pen campaign. You know best what you need. But if you're looking for inspiration, our creative team will be happy to share their ideas with you. In this case your reseller will ask you to provide us with your company logo and possibly other content to appear on your landing page.

3. Receive creative consultation

Our Creative Team will provide you with a few inspirational suggestions for both your personalized writing instrument and the relative landing page.

4. Choose your service package

Once you decide to order your Cloud Pens you will be asked to choose between the following service packages:

We design your page:
With this service package you have nothing more to worry about. Our Prodir in-house Creative Team will design and publish your page according to your business needs and brand guidelines. Up to three reworks will always be included.

You design your page:
At order confirmation you will be provided with a link to the Cloud Pens Admin Dashboard so you can start editing your page yourself. The dashboard offers an intuitive interface that’s as easy to use as a social media account.

5. Launch your page and get your pens

With either package, once you approve the layout of your Cloud Pens we will start producing the writing instruments. If you have chosen the "We design your page" service package, we will make sure that the page is online the day your pens are shipped or at another day at your convenience. With "You design your page", it is up to you to publish your landing page.

6. Access your Admin Dashboard

With "We design your page", you will receive access to the Admin Dashboard when your page goes live and your pens are shipped, so you can monitor statistics and manage your content. With "You design your page", you will receive dashboard access at order confirmation.
